We’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to uphold and ensure the highest standards in our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the quality control process during production.
Inspect materials, embroidery, stitching, and finishing of garments at all production stages.
Ensure that all products meet brand quality standards before dispatch.
Identify and resolve quality issues in coordination with the production and design teams.
Maintain detailed QA reports and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Train and guide junior QA staff or production workers on quality standards.
Liaise with vendors and in-house tailors to address quality concerns.
Conduct random quality checks on inventory batches to ensure consistency.

Requirements:

Prior experience in fashion manufacturing or textile QA (minimum 1 years preferred).
Strong understanding of fabric types, embroidery techniques, and garment construction.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

Timings: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Competitive – based on experience
