Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager Upsell (Design) role based in Karāchi. The Project Manager will oversee design projects from initial brief through delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, writers, and animators, managing client communication, and identifying upsell opportunities across logo, web, video, and merchandise design services. The role involves preparing project plans, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and presenting project updates and upsell proposals to clients. The Project Manager will also collaborate with sales and creative teams to scope new work, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement of design processes.
Qualifications
 

• Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills to lead multiple design initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Design Management to coordinate creative teams and maintain brand and quality standards.
• Budgeting capabilities to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and support profitable upsell opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders and present upsell options clearly.
• Experience in a design, creative agency, or digital services environment preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and convert upsell opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
