A growing company in the security systems industry is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Proposal & Presentation Specialist to transform technical content into polished, client-ready materials. This role is ideal for someone who can take complex information and turn it into visually compelling, easy-to-understand presentations and proposals.

You’ll play a key role in helping clients clearly understand technical solutions through strong design, clear communication, and visual storytelling. Your work will help turn detailed information into professional presentations that build trust, communicate value, and support winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform technical documentation into visually engaging proposals and presentations
• Design and format client-facing materials to ensure clarity, professionalism, and brand alignment
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand content and translate it into digestible formats
• Create high-quality presentations using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
• Enhance proposals with graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling elements
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and tailored to client needs
• Maintain templates and improve presentation standards across the organization
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in proposal writing, presentation design, or a similar role
• Strong ability to translate technical information into clear, visually appealing content
• Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as Canva and PowerPoint
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
• High attention to detail and strong formatting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a strong plus
• Background in the security systems, engineering, or technical industry preferred
• Experience working with client-facing proposals or bid documents is a plus
