Job Overview

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its prestigious client in Educational Institute, for a Project / Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
Supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resources.
Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities.
Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Monitor progress and take corrective action to address delays.
Conduct progress meetings and prepare project reports.
Resolve site, technical, and contractual issues.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
8–12 years of relevant construction/project management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and safety standards; FIDIC knowledge preferred.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.
PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
