Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer based in Karachi. The Admissions Officer will oversee the admissions process, provide guidance to prospective students, and manage communications with parents and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include assisting with enrollment, coordinating with international admissions teams, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring adherence to organizational education standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build effective relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Experience in International Admissions processes and procedures
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer Service experience, ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current students
• Background in Education, with an understanding of academic systems and student needs
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide personalized attention to prospective applicants
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with admissions management systems and database tools (advantageous)
