What we're looking for:

We are hiring a Program Manager to join our team based in Pakistan. This is a senior-level coordination role, and we're looking for someone who brings strong stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional execution skills - someone comfortable driving project planning, schedule tracking, and program-level coordination in a fast-paced technical or engineering environment, alongside a solid working understanding of the solar design and interconnection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of PV solar interconnection projects from Utility Interconnection Application (UIA) to Permission to Operate (PTO).
• Own all Pre-NTP work across the project pipeline for a region.
• Coordinate across multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and interdependencies are aligned.
• Follow up weekly on project pipeline progress and update Salesforce trackers.
• Work closely with US teams to support utility applications, site readiness, permitting, witness testing, and closeout documentation.
• Handle program-level costs and budgets, especially from Mechanical Completion (MC) to PTO.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
• Standardize project reporting tools and dashboards for senior leadership in the US.
• Support training of new team members and ensure best practices are followed across the team.

You’ll Work On:

• Utility Studies & Interconnection Service Agreements (ISA)
• Drawing reviews (DevSets), easements, utility payments
• Regulatory permitting (including state & utility-specific requirements)
• Project stages such as MC, PTE, WT, CoC, and PTO
• Behind-the-meter and energy storage projects (BESS)
• Forecast and budget, ERP, tableau

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Proven project management experience
• Experience in Energy or Infrastructure (EPC) sector
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
