Description

• Working with the Marketing team to understand business requirements for all upcoming New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) launches.
• Leading discussions with all cross-functional teams for all NPD and EPD projects.
• Working closely with R&D teams to coordinate product trials, formulation changes, and review the product development materials required for each stage of development.
• Collaborating with Procurement teams to source critical raw materials and packaging components, ensuring supply continuity and meeting project deadlines.
• Working with Quality Teams to review product specifications, conduct testing, and ensure that quality standards are upheld throughout production.
• Collaborating with Factory teams to align production schedules with project timelines, ensuring capacity is available for both new product trials and scale-up phases.
• Working with Finance teams to manage budgets for all NPD and EPD launches, tracking project costs and evaluating financial forecasts to ensure development expenditures align with approved budgets.
• Collaborating with demand planning teams to anticipate product demand, ensuring production quantities match market needs and avoiding both overproduction and stock shortages.
