We’re looking for an Ads Manager to drive paid growth for a fast-scaling e-commerce brand with an existing audience, real demand, and proven traction. This is not a role for someone who only launches campaigns and reports numbers. This is a role for someone who understands how paid media directly impacts revenue, margins, and scale.

Performance here is not measured by activity.

It’s measured by results.

If you rely on presets, automation without understanding, or excuses like “the platform needs more time,” this role is not for you.

If you understand that paid advertising is a system built on creative, data, audience behavior, and unit economics, you’ll fit right in.

Your responsibility is to turn paid ads into a predictable and scalable growth channel, not a cost center.

What You Will Own

This is an execution + ownership role, not a coordination role.

You will personally manage:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
  • TikTok Ads (creative-led testing and scaling)

You will be accountable for:

  • ROAS and efficiency
  • Budget allocation and scaling decisions
  • Creative testing and iteration
  • Funnel-level performance

Your performance will be judged on:

  • Revenue impact
  • Profitability alignment
  • Stability and sustainability of ad accounts

Not impressions.

Not clicks.

Not vanity metrics.

How You’ll Work

  • You’ll be hands-on inside ad accounts
  • You’ll make data-backed decisions, not assumption-based ones
  • You’ll define and respect break-even ROAS
  • You’ll test creatives aggressively and scale winners responsibly
  • You’ll identify funnel issues and push for fixes
  • You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams

This role requires someone who thinks like an operator, not just a media buyer.
