About the Role

We are a UK-based hotel chain seeking an experienced Pricing / Revenue Manager to manage room pricing strategies and drive revenue performance across our properties. This role requires a strong background in international hospitality revenue management and hands-on experience with channel managers and OTAs.

The successful candidate will work remotely from Pakistan while observing UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimise room pricing across multiple hotel properties

* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance against targets

* Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and market trends

* Analyse key KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue forecasts

* Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning

* Manage and optimise distribution through multiple OTAs and direct channels

* Set up, manage, and optimise OTA listings and rate plans Prepare detailed revenue reports and performance insights for senior management

Requirements

1. Must be based in Pakistan and available to work UK hours (9 AM – 5 PM)

2. Proven experience working with renowned international 5-star hotel chains

3. Strong background in hospitality revenue management and pricing

4. Hands-on experience with channel managers such as Eviivo, Little Hotelier, Hostaway (or similar)

5. Proven ability to set up and manage OTAs, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, and other major platforms

6. Strong understanding of distribution strategy and rate parity

7. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

8. Proficiency in PMS, revenue management tools, and Excel

9. Strong communication and reporting skills
