Job Summary

ibex, on behalf of its Global client, is hiring for a Permitting Coordinate to manage and oversee the end-to-end permitting process for various projects This is an evening shift role, with working hours from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. This position is critical in ensuring. This role is critical in ensuring all required permits and approvals are obtained efficiently, enabling smooth project execution while maintaining compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track permit applications for projects, including electrical, gas, plumbing, and building permits
• Review project scope and requirements to determine necessary permits and supporting documentation
• Liaise with city officials, inspectors, and utility companies to facilitate timely approvals
• Monitor permit statuses and proactively follow up to avoid delays in project timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permit applications, approvals, and related documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Installation, and Operations) to ensure permit readiness and alignment
• Schedule required inspections and ensure all prerequisites are met prior to project execution
• Stay current with local codes, regulations, and permitting requirements to ensure compliance
• Assist in resolving permitting issues, rejections, or discrepancies in a timely manner
