Fynora AI builds conversational AI systems (voice + chat agents) that help businesses automate lead handling, bookings, customer support, and operations. We’re hiring a part-time HR Manager to help us recruit reliably and keep our team operations organized.

What you’ll handle (Part-Time Scope)

  • Source and shortlist candidates for roles like: AI/automation support, CRM/GHL specialists, sales, customer success, marketing
  • Screen candidates (initial interviews) and present only the best-fit profiles
  • Coordinate interviews with leadership + manage follow-ups
  • Maintain hiring pipeline (Google Sheet/ATS) + weekly hiring report
  • Onboarding support: offer letters, joining checklist, basic HR documentation
  • Light people ops: attendance tracking, basic performance follow-ups, team policy hygiene

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in HR / Talent Acquisition (agency/startup experience preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn + outreach) and good candidate judgment
  • Excellent communication + fast follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with direct founder coordination

Expected Availability

  • ~15–20 hours/week (flexible hours)
  • Weekly reporting + daily candidate follow-ups when hiring is active
