Role Description The Outsource Embellishment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This position oversees all outsourced embellishment activities such as printing and embroidery with external vendors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and managing outsourcing partners, negotiating terms, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring that embellishments meet quality, cost, and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating closely with internal production, procurement, finance, and quality teams to align embellishment requirements with order timelines and customer specifications. T

he Outsource Embellishment Manager also analyzes vendor performance data, manages budgets related to outsourced services, and continuously improves processes to support efficient, sustainable production.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience working as a Embellishment Manager in a textile factory
• Candidates should possess strong Outsourcing Management and Outsourcing skills for handling multiple embellishment vendors and contracts.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review cost structures, compare vendor performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess Procurement skills to source, evaluate, and negotiate with external embellishment providers.
• Candidates should possess fundamental Finance skills to manage budgets, evaluate costing, and ensure cost-effective outsourcing.
• Experience in garment manufacturing, particularly in embellishment (printing, embroidery, washing), is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across production, quality, and commercial teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Textile, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
