- Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Oversee supplier efficiency, analyze performance data, and optimize workload distribution.
- Coordinate FBA production and ensure timely readiness of bulk inventory for shipment.
- Manage warehouse inventory through ERP, ensuring accuracy and smooth stock movement.
- Forecast product and material requirements to maintain balanced inventory levels.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain reports on production status, supplier utilization, and inventory performance.
