We are hiring on behalf of leading international client in the UK Energy Sector
Location: DHA Phase 6 Karachi, Pakistan (Office-Based)
Working Hours: UK Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
✔Respond promptly to customer queries.
✔Conduct weekly reviews of customer account progress.
✔Coordinate with suppliers regarding metering issues, registrations, and account-related matters.Online Account Management
✔Verify and maintain online access for customer accounts.
✔Resolve supplier login and access issues.Communication
✔Acknowledge and respond promptly to all company communications.
✔Escalate critical issues to management when required
Supplier Coordination
✔Liaise professionally with UK energy suppliers.
✔Handle enquiries using Letters of Authority (LOAs).
✔Follow up on supplier requests, objections, account updates, and pending issues until resolution.
Daily Operations
✔Prepare and manage daily task lists for customer accounts.
✔Monitor all new customer sign-ups and operational activities.
✔Maintain operational trackers and customer records.
Customer Support & Metering:
✔Respond promptly to customer queries

Online Account Management:

Performance Expectations:
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
