We are looking for an experienced Operations Professional to strengthen relationships with fleet partners, drive growth, and align with company objectives. A background in operations management, especially in ride-hailing or logistics, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet partners to drive growth.

- Set and monitor monthly acquisition targets for fleet partners.

- Design and implement initiatives for partner acquisition, retention, and efficiency.

- Oversee vehicle branding initiatives to ensure consistency with company guidelines.

- Conduct training sessions for partner staff on best practices.

- Execute headquarters' strategies at the partner level for effective communication.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.

- 3+ years in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing or logistics.

- Proven ability to build strong partner relationships.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Data-driven decision-maker focused on process optimization.
