The complex boasts 14 state-of-the-art operation theatres and caters to cancer, general surgery, ENT, pediatric, maxillofacial, vascular, and plastic surgeries. DOTS is committed to providing advanced medical care to those in need.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for an Operation Theatre Manager. The Operation Theatre Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the theatre complex, ensuring smooth functioning and coordination of scheduled surgeries. Responsibilities include organizing and planning activities related to surgical operations. The manager will work closely with medical staff to deliver high-quality care and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Operations Management and ensure hygiene and WHO standards
Knowledge and experience in Theatres workflows
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
