Ajuris Advocates and Corporate Counsel is seeking a dedicated Office Manager with at least one year of experience to oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in office administration, document management, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. This role requires effective communication in English and the ability to manage a team of four persons to ensure smooth functioning and organizational efficiency. The Office Manager will serve as the central point of contact for internal staff and external partners, coordinating schedules, resources, and workflows to support the firms administrative needs.
The Office Manager plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and accessible office records, managing correspondence, and optimizing office procedures. This position requires leadership capabilities to guide and motivate team members while ensuring compliance with company policies. The manager will be responsible for fostering a productive and well-organized environment, handling procurement of office supplies, and supporting various departments by streamlining administrative processes to enhance overall productivity at Ajuris Advocates and Corporate Counsel.
