Position Overview

As we continue to grow, we're seeking seasoned Meta Ads Experts to enhance our efforts. Experience: 3+ years hands-on experience in creating and managing Meta ad campaigns

Skills & Experience:

• ⁠Experience with Meta's Andromeda and creative testing framework.
• Budget optimization strategies across campaign objectives
• ⁠Understanding of high-performing ad creative principles (hooks, native formats, UGC)
• ⁠Video content optimization for Reels, Stories, and in-feed placements
• ⁠Experience in specific niches (e-commerce, lead generation, app installs, etc.)
• ⁠Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for ad copy generation and iteration.
• Experience with effective prompt engineering to generate conversion-focused ad copy.

Skills & Experience:

• ⁠Meta Pixel implementation and Conversions API (CAPI) setup
• ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret creative testing data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in attribution models and cross-platform tracking
• ⁠Experience with Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms
• ⁠Understanding of UTM parameters and tracking structures

• Type: Full-Time
• Shift time: 11AM to 8PM
