The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital presence across YouTube, Twitter / X, Facebook, and Instagram. You will be responsible for two critical missions:
- The "Creative Engine": Building a viral and high-authority brand presence on TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- The "Growth Engine": Managing our Google ecosystem (Ads, SEO, and Business Profile) to ensure we are first choice for residential customer for modern connectivity.
In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for translating our core services into engaging, platform-specific content that builds community, drives brand awareness, and generates high-quality inbound leads for our sales team. You won't just be scheduling posts; you will be architecting our digital narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ecosystem Management
- Google Ads (PPC): Develop and manage high-ROI search and display campaigns. You will handle keyword research to capture high-intent traffic.
- Google Business Profile: Maintain our global presence, manage reviews, and post updates to boost local and international search visibility.
- Google Analytics (GA4): Track the "customer journey" from a TikTok scroll to a Google search to a website conversion. You must be able to prove which platforms are actually driving revenue.
2. Video & Social Content Strategy
- TikTok & YouTube: Create a "Short-Form First" strategy. You will produce TikToks that attracts customer and YouTube content that establishes us as the world's best choice for connectivity.
- X (Twitter): Act as our real-time newsroom. Write threads on the future of connectivity and engage with the "Tech-Twitter" community to build founder-level authority.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Use highly targeted "Lead Gen" ads and Reels to reach traveller across the globe.
3. Integrated Campaigns
- Ensure that a trend we jump on via TikTok is reflected in our Google Search keywords and X threads for a 360-degree brand experience.
Critical Requirements (Must Haves)
- Hands-on Creator: You can film, edit, and caption videos yourself. You are comfortable being the "face" of the brand or directing others to be.
- Technical Marketing Fluency: You have managed Google Ads accounts with a proven track record of reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Algorithm Expertise: You understand the difference between TikTok SEO (using keywords in captions/video text) and Google SEO.
- B2B Content Ability: You can take a "boring" concept and turn it into a 15-second TikTok that people actually want to watch.
- Communication: Fluent English is a must. You will be writing copy for everything from 280-character tweets to 2,000-word Google Ad descriptions.
The "X-Factor"
- AI-Augmented Marketer: You use AI tools to produce content 10x faster than a traditional manager.
- Multi-Market Intelligence: You know that a Google Ad in the Middle East needs a different tone and visual style than a TikTok in the USA.
