IGI Life Insurance seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute dynamic marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate oversees multi-channel campaigns that encompass digital, email, events, print, and social media. This role requires a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or insurance, who can align marketing initiatives with business goals to elevate brand presence and market share. The Marketing Manager coordinates content creation including messaging, marketing collateral, website copy, and email campaigns. They continuously analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure return on investment and optimize marketing effectiveness. The role involves managing budgets prudently and collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Excellent communication and project management skills are crucial to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and support customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email marketing, events, print media, and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling marketing content such as messaging frameworks, promotional collateral, website copy, and email newsletters.
  • Use social media analytics tools and other data sources to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure marketing projects are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing communications align with the company’s brand voice, values, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Report on key marketing performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
