TikTok Video Editor

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

Our Client is looking for a fast, self-sufficient TikTok Video Editor to join the team. This person will be responsible for sorting through raw footage, ideating, and producing a high volume of TikTok content designed to drive both views and sales through TikTok Shop. The ideal balance is content that is genuinely entertaining while also delivering strong conversion performance.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

• Comb through raw footage and identified the best moments/angles worth editing
• Produce multiple TikTok edits per week across formats (organic, Shop, trending audio, talking head, product-forward, etc.)
• Apply digital camera moves, motion graphics, SFX, music, and captions to bring edits to life
• Balance virality with commerce — you understand the difference between a video that blows up and one that actually sells

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:

• Proficiency in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere
• Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and what performs on TikTok right now
• Ability to work fast and autonomously — we'd rather have 10 good edits than 3 perfect ones
• Motion graphics and SFX experience
• A portfolio or examples of TikTok content you've edited (especially anything commerce-related)

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲: Experience with TikTok Shop content or creator/brand accounts with proven performance metrics.

Speed and output volume matter here. If you need a lot of hand-holding to get started, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive on creative autonomy and love the TikTok format, let's talk.
