Join Zerocash, a fast-growing fintech company redefining digital financial services. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and paid channels
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
• Oversee content creation, PR, and marketing communications
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch new features and campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in marketing (fintech, tech, or startup experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
