Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and promote the company's financial products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to coordinate campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
Support lead generation initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services, stock brokerage, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of content marketing and campaign management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
