What You'll Do

Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with graphic designers to create brochures, social media posts, banners, flyers, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Prepare clear creative briefs and ensure marketing assets align with brand guidelines.

Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns; knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Support branding, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Perform other marketing-related responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.

Experience coordinating with designers and managing creative projects.

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads experience is an advantage.

Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
