CDC Share Registrar Services Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited), Pakistan’s leading & most innovative Share Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), is seeking a highly skilled and visionary professional for the role of Manager / Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise in share registrar operations and company secretariat, along with a proven track record of driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and client-focused innovation.
This role requires an individual who can manage nationwide share registrar operations, develop modern technology-driven solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen engagement with both listed and unlisted clients.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Operations Management
- Lead and manage Share Registrar Operations across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Share Registrar and Ballotters Regulations 2017, and issuer-related statutory requirements.
- Oversee daily transaction processing, corporate actions, investor servicing, and data management for a large portfolio of listed entities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, PSX, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
2. Product Development & Digital Transformation
- Lead the design and implementation of modern shareholder engagement tools
- Execute automation and system-driven efficiencies across the RTA ecosystem.
3. Corporate Governance & Client Solutions
- Develop corporate secretarial solutions for both listed and unlisted clients.
- Act as a strategic liaison between CDC and clients, ensuring seamless execution of central depository workflows.
- Lead virtual AGMs/EOGMs, corporate briefing sessions, and other digitized governance initiatives.
4. Strategic Projects & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and implement new business lines and technology-driven solutions to enhance service portfolio and revenue.
- Lead process reengineering initiatives and service-improvement projects.
- Drive client onboarding and new business acquisition, contributing to sustained revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Share Registrar (RTA) operations or Company Secretariat of Listed Companies.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Proven track record of digital transformation and product development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead in a high-paced, compliance-driven environment.
