Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Manager - Resource Mobilization. The Manager should be capable to develop proposals for raising funds from corporate set-up, and develop required project progress report. Have the ability to manage the relationship with private and global partners for all fundraising channels and activities. Hands-on experience of proposals writing and grant applications. Identify and reach out to new perspective corporate donors - both local and international level to provide donation to Behbud. Follow up with potential donors, develop MIS for donors post receipt of funds, consult with Behbud members for donor Followup etc.

Qualifications and Experience

· Preferably Masters Degree in Business Administration/Business Development.

· Minimum 5 years similar experience with a proven track record.

· Knowledge of donor landscape and fundraising mechanism.

· Excellent communication, networking, advocacy and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work for people and drive results.

· Excellent computer and social media skills.
