Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily business operations

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and performance
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain inventory, resources, and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
