🎯 Your Role

You will be responsible for managing the complete LinkedIn outbound engine, including:

• Defining and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

• Identifying decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Directors)

• Leveraging LinkedIn & Sales Navigator for smart prospecting

• Crafting personalized connection requests & messages

• Starting and managing meaningful B2B conversations

• Running daily outreach campaigns

• Executing strategic follow-ups

• Qualifying leads before booking calls

• Scheduling high-quality sales meetings

• Maintaining daily activity & performance reports

• Coordinating with the sales team for smooth handovers

A successful appointment must:

✔ Be relevant to our target market

📊 Monthly Target

🎯 10–15 Qualified Appointments

Performance is evaluated based on:

• Outreach consistency

• Conversation quality

• Appointment quality (not volume)


 

💰 Compensation

💵 Base Salary: PKR 25,000 / month

💸 Incentives:

• $20 per qualified appointment

5% commission on closed deals

👉 The better your conversations, the higher your earnings.


 

🧠 Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years experience in LinkedIn outreach / B2B appointment setting

• Knows LinkedIn Sales Navigator inside-out

• Can build and refine ICPs

• Understands how to engage decision-makers

• Has strong written English communication skills

• Can manage outbound campaigns independently

• Is disciplined in a remote work environment


 

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with international markets (US, UK, AU)

• Understanding of B2B sales pipelines

• Experience using CRM tools & tracking systems

• Strong research & prospecting skills

📅 Monday – Saturday

⏱ 8 Hours / Day (Remote)
