We're hiring a skilled LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to build targeted prospect lists, execute personalized outreach, and spark meaningful client conversations. Ideal for a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pro who crafts outreach that feels authentic and human.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage Sales Navigator to create targeted lists of qualified prospects based on provided criteria.

Manually review profiles to ensure leads meet qualification standards before outreach.

Craft personalized connection request messages tailored to each prospect.

Manage sending connection requests, follow-ups, and ongoing messaging.

Track all activity in Google Sheets (requests sent, acceptance rates, responses, conversions).

Coordinate with the founder on priority outreach tracks, including sharing edited video samples with select leads.

Provide weekly reports on outreach performance, lead quality, and results.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Excellent written English for creating personal, non-templated outreach messages.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to own the process independently without daily oversight.

Experience in outreach, sales support, or business development preferred.
