Hiring: LinkedIn Automation Specialist

We are looking for a LinkedIn Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, and automated outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Find and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
* Use keywords, filters, and Boolean search for targeted prospecting
* Build and manage targeted lead lists based on our ICP
* Create, launch, and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
* Work with different LinkedIn automation tools
* Create and optimize connection requests and follow-up sequences
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, messaging, and sequences
* Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts while maintaining account safety
* Track leads, responses, and campaign performance
* Hand over qualified leads to the sales team

Requirements:

* 1–3+ years of relevant LinkedIn automation/outreach experience
* Strong knowledge of Sales Navigator and Boolean search
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools
* Experience in campaign creation, management, and optimization
* Good understanding of B2B lead generation and prospecting
* Strong written English and attention to detail

Preferred: Experience with tools such as HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, Waalaxy, Phantombuster, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
