HIRING: COLD CALLING EXECUTIVE – US REAL ESTATE

Position: Cold Calling Executive

Location: Pakistan
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000/month, depending on experience and expertise

We are looking for confident and motivated Cold Calling Executives to join our remote team for a US-based real estate business.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear American accent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in US real estate cold calling preferred
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales will be an advantage
• Confident and professional communication with US clients
• Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and maintain call records
• Comfortable working night shifts according to US business hours
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads in the USA
• Communicate professionally and build rapport with prospects
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records
• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets
• Coordinate with the real estate sales team

Salary & Growth

PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, American accent, and overall expertise.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
