We’re Hiring – Lead Generation Specialist (Design Unit)

Experts Communication is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Design Unit. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and generating high-quality leads for international design projects, supporting the sales and business development teams in achieving growth targets.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads for international design services including branding, web design, and UI/UX projects.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales and business development executives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development (international market preferred).
• Basic understanding of design services, branding, web design, and creative solutions.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 (based on skills and experience)
