Now Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven strategies, advanced prospecting, and high-performing marketing campaigns.

Role Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You will leverage data scraping and execute paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies
  • Conduct data scraping, data mining, and market research to identify target prospects
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date lead data
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging lead generation techniques

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with data scraping tools and
  • Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization
  • Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, including campaign creation and management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead tracking tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and present campaign insights
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies
