We’re Hiring – Lead Generation & Sales Executive (Design Projects)

Experts Communication is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Sales Executive to join our Design Projects team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating high-quality leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for international design services, including branding, web design, and UI/UX projects.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for international design projects.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and email communication to convert leads into clients.
• Present design solutions tailored to client needs, including branding, UI/UX, and web design services.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Design Unit.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation and sales (international market preferred).
• Basic understanding of design, branding, and creative services.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with international clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a night shift environment.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 (based on skills and experience)
