About the Role:
We are expanding our team and looking for confident individuals who can communicate effectively and drive sales. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, and closing deals. the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote products or services using provided scripts.
• Identify customer interest and generate qualified leads.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate data.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
