Lead Gen agents

About the Role:
We are expanding our team and looking for confident individuals who can communicate effectively and drive sales. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote products or services using provided scripts.
• Identify customer interest and generate qualified leads.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate data.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
