Laboratory Product Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead our global sales and marketing efforts for laboratory and medical equipment. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in selling laboratory and medical equipment, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any Science subject is required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment is essential, along with being an overachiever who is competitive and comfortable in a remote setting. The ideal candidate should be a confident and assertive self-starter, extremely organized, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Handling international email, WhatsApp, Skype, and phone inquiries.
• Conducting online meetings with new and existing clients.
• Prospecting through outreach such as cold calling and digital marketing (email, social media, and more).
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborating with the International Sales team to execute new sales strategies.
• Creating and sending quotations for individual and tender inquiries.
• Bringing new ideas to the table and finding creative ways to enhance client satisfaction through world-class customer service.
