This full-time position is based across multiple clinic locations, including Pipri – Landhi, Qazafi – Landhi, Pehelwan Goth – Gulistan-e-Johar, and Nayabad – Kemari. The role focuses on managing daily administrative operations to ensure the clinics run smoothly and maintain high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will oversee staff management, clinic hygiene, equipment maintenance, financial tasks, and overall support for clinic management to promote efficient and effective healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and smooth functioning of the clinic.
- Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and enforce discipline within the clinic environment.
- Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance activities to uphold a safe and welcoming clinic atmosphere.
- Ensure all clinic services, equipment, and utilities are operational and well-maintained.
- Maintain and monitor medication inventory, including managing the medical store effectively.
- Conduct regular audits of patient registers, documentation, and medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure safe disposal of clinical waste in accordance with established protocols.
- Handle petty cash management, utility bill payments, and other related financial responsibilities.
- Perform monthly medicine audits and maintain precise stock records.
- Manage cash handling processes, deposits, and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Assist with staff scheduling, coordination with doctors, and workforce management.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for clinic equipment and infrastructure.
- Address and report any security-related issues promptly to maintain a secure environment.
- Support promotional activities such as flyer distribution to enhance clinic outreach and community engagement.
- Collect staff salary cash from the head office as required.
- Monitor generator maintenance, fuel consumption, and maintain detailed log records.
- Ensure proper clinic closure procedures are followed at the end of each day.
