JUNIOR GOOGLE ADS (EXECUTIVE ) URGENT HIRING

We're looking for a driven Junior Google Ads Executive to join our growing marketing team in Karachi. If you're passionate about digital advertising, love analyzing data, and want to build a career in performance marketing — this is your shot.
You'll work hands-on with Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, learning from experienced marketers while making a real impact on our growth.

Working Hours:

4:00 PM to 1:00AM

What You'll Do:
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
Write compelling ad copy and build high-converting landing page recommendations
Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals

What We're Looking For:
0–1.5 years of experience with Google Ads (certifications are a plus!)
Basic understanding of PPC fundamentals — CPC, bidding strategies, quality score
Familiarity with Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics (GA4)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good written English for ad copy and reporting
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Nice to Have
Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video)
Experience with Meta Ads or other paid social platforms
Basic knowledge of SEO principles
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
