Junior Accountant

Bake House is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, responsible, and eager to build their skills in accounting and finance. Working in a fast-paced food and retail environment, the successful candidate will be expected to handle daily financial tasks with accuracy and efficiency, supporting the smooth financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of vouchers, invoices, and related financial documents.
- Enter accounting data into software or ERP systems with precision.
- Manage bank-related activities, including processing cheques, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Assist in performing bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Support vendor and customer reconciliations and contribute to month-end closing processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Between 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary of Rs40,000. The role presents a valuable opportunity for career growth within the accounting and finance field, especially within a vibrant retail and food service environment.
