WE’RE HIRING | JUNIOR ASSISTANT – RETAIL

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Assistant – Retail to support the HOD Retail in daily operations, coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HOD Retail with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and maintain sales, attendance, inventory, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with retail outlets, kiosks, and relevant departments.
• Follow up with store teams regarding tasks, reports, and operational matters.
• Maintain retail records and update Excel sheets.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and policy compliance.
• Assist in tracking sales targets and team performance.
• Coordinate internal communication and share updates with retail teams.
• Assist with stock-related coordination and follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting notes, task updates, and reports as required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD Retail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, administration, or coordination. Fresh graduates may also apply.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
