Job Overview:
Mars BPO is seeking confident and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, delivering effective sales pitches, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality
• Ability to work night shifts (US-based campaign)
• Fresh candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
• Prior call center experience is a plus
