Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a #Customer #Relationship #Manager (CRM) to oversee daily CRM operations and lead our digital app project designed for dealers and mechanics. The role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day CRM operations and ensure smooth customer handling
Monitor and improve customer engagement and service quality
Lead and manage the company’s digital app for dealers and mechanics
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Track performance and generate basic reports
Support onboarding and training of users on the CRM system and mobile app

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Relevant experience preferred in CRM operations or similar role
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and mobile applications
