About the Role

Techomatrix is seeking a International Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing team of global sales professionals. This role focuses on building and expanding strong business relationships with clients across the UK and USA, driving lead conversions, and closing high-value deals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of international sales dynamics, the ability to understand client goals, and the drive to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic international sales plans to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

* Engage and convert high-quality inbound and outbound leads from targeted international campaigns.

* Build strong relationships with clients across the UK and USA, understanding their business goals and providing tailored digital solutions.

* Conduct professional client meetings, consultations, and negotiations with clarity, confidence, and integrity.

* Present service proposals aligned with client objectives across content, design, marketing, and development domains.

* Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and performance data using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and timely closures.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers, deliverables, and client satisfaction.

* Evaluate sales performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in international sales or client acquisition
• Exceptional English fluency (spoken and written) with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of global sales cycles, consultative selling, and client retention strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and lead management systems.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and performance-driven individual who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets.

Pay: Up to Rs130,000.00 per month
