Role: International Customer Support Representative

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal / Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Shift Options:

• 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM

• 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM

• 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 45,000 – Rs 50,000 + Incentives (up to Rs 200,000/month)

What You’ll Do:Communicate with international customers via phone, chat, and email.

Resolve shipment, logistics, and order-related queries.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues fast.

Track orders, manage records, and deliver customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in customer service is a plus — but not required.

Willing to work night shifts and learn quickly.
