Job Summary:
We are hiring confident and result-driven Self Verifiers / Closers to join our team. In this role, you will handle calls independently, verify customer information, and efficiently close qualified leads while ensuring high customer satisfaction. the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
• Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
• Previous call center or sales experience is preferred
