BB Chempack Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor / Accounts Manager to lead and oversee the financial auditing and accounts management functions within the company. This leadership role demands a strong command of financial reporting, audit planning, and accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, analyzing financial statements, and driving process improvements that enhance the company's financial health and regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to executive management, the role requires hands-on expertise in managing trading and ERP systems, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making at a high level. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of solid experience in financial auditing and accounts management within a corporate environment. Managing a team of four professionals, the individual will foster collaboration, ensure thorough audit processes, and maintain robust accounting frameworks that support the companys growth objectives. The role demands proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills to generate comprehensive financial reports and recommendations. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity of financial information and bolstering internal control mechanisms at BB Chempack Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and coordinate internal audit activities to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and operational procedures.
  • Manage the accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Evaluate the design and implementation of internal controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and schedules in alignment with corporate governance requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of trading and ERP systems to support efficient financial operations and reporting.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings, recommendations, and action plans to executive management, including the CEO and Managing Director.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of four professionals, fostering professional development and ensuring quality performance standards.
  • Conduct regular financial data analysis using advanced Excel functions to monitor financial metrics and support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify weaknesses in accounting and operational processes, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections to ensure seamless collaboration and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate best practices in financial management and process controls.
