What You’ll Do:

Initiate outbound calls to US-based seniors regarding Final Expense insurance programs.

Prequalify leads based on age, health, and banking requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for qualified transfers or lead submissions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 6–12 months of experience in a US-based outbound campaign Final Expense.

Communication: Excellent English verbal communication skills with a neutral or slight US accent.

Resilience: A "never-give-up" attitude and the ability to handle rejections professionally.

Punctuality: Dedicated to the night shift grind and consistent attendance.
