Salary: 100,000 To 150,000

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

We are looking for a proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure projects are completed on time.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Coordinate software development and implementation projects.

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Schedule meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, Product, and Business teams.

Maintain project documentation and status reports.

Identify project risks and escalate issues when needed.

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 years of experience in Project Coordination within a Software House or Technology company.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.

Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
