Inbound Sales Representative

Inbound Sales Representative | PKR 45K–65K + Commission | Night Shift | Johar | Inbound Calls

We are a direct US Principal—not an agency. Our inbound sales team handles qualified inquiries from global customers who contact us first. No cold outreach required.

You will manage incoming inquiries, qualify customer needs, and transfer hot prospects to our Senior Sales team. Block 14, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. Night shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. PKR 45,000–65,000 base. Top qualifier earned PKR 95,000 in commission last month. Annual increment based on performance.

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in international customer support, sales, or BPO
• Clear English communication for global customers
• Reliable commute to Block 14, Gulistan-e-Johar
• Available for night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

What distinguishes this role:

We own our US accounts end-to-end. The customers you speak to contacted us—not the other way around. Commission is paid on qualified transfers, not just activity.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
